Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our mission. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

Please ship your return using a trackable method and email your tracking number to us at tdgj99999@outlook.com. Prepaid return labels are not provided. We recommend using a trusted carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL with a trackable service.
All full-priced items are refundable. Sale items are also eligible for return; however, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If the item has been used, we offer a partial refund of 75–90% based on the condition of the quadcopter. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

· New, unused, and in original condition;
· Include all original packaging and accessories (including any gift items included with the purchase);
· Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

Please note: returns will not be accepted without prior contact with our team. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender. Used items do not qualify for return.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
