Pack, seal, and ship: Please securely pack and seal your return item. Make sure to include your proof of purchase and order number inside the package.
Send us the tracking number for your return package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method with signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
